Plantas medicinales que ayudan a equilibrar el azucar en la sangre
1- Achiote:
Decocción de 10 hojas de achiote en 1 litro de agua. Dejar hervir por 10 minutos. Tomar 3 veces al día. / También hacer cocción de 5 gramos de semillas de achiote en 1 litro de agua. Dejar hervir por 10 minutos. Tomar 3 veces al día.
2- Alcachofa:
Tomar jugo de las hojas de alcachofa, mezcladas con vino. / Decocción de unas hojas hasta reducir el líquido a la mitad, tomar un vaso al día. / Tomar el te de las hojas de alcachofa, una taza al día. / tomar el extracto de las hojas de alcachofa.
3- Alfalfa:
Tomar diariamente una copa del zumo o extracto de las hojas frescas o tiernas de alfalfa; si no le gusta el sabor puede combinar con zanahoria.
4- Áloe vera o sábila:
Hervir cuatro dedos de un vaso con áloe vera en un litro de agua, tomar una taza tres veces por día. / Comer una cucharada sopera de jugo de Áloe Vera en ayunas diariamente, en casos graves, 2 a 3 cucharadas; algunos toman una cucharada sopera en la noche media hora antes de comer.
5- Berros:
Hacer un cocimiento de 200 gramos de hojas y flores de los berros en un litro de agua; beber 3 veces al día por dos meses (acido úrico).
6- Cebolla macerada:
Macerar 50 gramos de cebolla en 100 mililitros de alcohol de 90º, reposar por 10 días, filtrar, tomar tres veces al día. / Otra fórmula: hervir durante media hora cebolla, apio, limón y col, luego tomar a discreción varias veces al día.
7- Cola de caballo + guanabana:
Hacer una decocción de 10 hojas de guanábana y un rollito de cola de caballo, hervir por 5 minutos en dos litros de agua.
8- Culantro:
Hervir 200 gramos de hojas de culantro en un litro de agua, tomar como agua de tiempo.
9- Cúrcuma o palillo:
Preparar una infusión de cúrcuma, con media cucharita en una vaso de agua caliente, reposar 15 minutos y tomar; tomar por 20 días seguidos, descansar 10 días, luego volver otra vez con 20 días y así sucesivamente.
10- Diente de león:
Decocción de la raíz al 4%, reposar 10 minutos y tomar.
Diente de león + nogal + salvia: Preparar una infusión en una taza de agua hirviendo, agregar una cucharita de hojas de nogal, otra de salvia y otra de diente de león; tapar, reposar y colar, beber una taza 3 veces al día.
11- Eucalipto:
Infusión una cucharada de hojas de eucalipto, 3 veces al día. / Decocción de una cucharada de hojas de eucalipto, en una taza de agua, hervir por dos minutos, tomar 3 veces al día. / Infusión de hojas de eucalipto + hojas de palta + nogal.
Geranio: Decocción de 20 gramos de hojas de geranio en un litro de agua. Hervir 10 minutos y tomar.
12- Ginseng coreano:
Consumir 3 gramos de ginseng es suficiente para lograr estos efectos. Cantidades superiores no producen una reducción mayor en el nivel de glucosa.
13- Guayaba:
Macerar dos guayabas agrias en medio litro de agua; al día siguiente colar y tomar esa agua 3 veces al día.
14- Linaza:
Hacer un cocimiento de 20 gramos de semillas de linaza, 20 gramos de vainas de frejoles
y 20 gramos de arándanos; hervir por 30 minutos.
15- Mandarina:
Consumir la pulpa blanca que hay debajo de la piel y entre los gajos de la mandarina y que no conviene desechar.
16- Mango:
Tomar té de hojas de mango. Se prepara un té con dos hojas de mango secas por cada cuarto de litro de agua, se tapa y se deja reposar durante una hora. Luego se añaden unas gotas de zumo de mango, de papaya o de guayaba. Tomar una taza por día.
17- Orégano:
Hervir por 5 minutos 2 cucharadas de orégano en una taza de agua, tomar un vaso diario.
18- Salvia:
Decocción de las hojas de salvia, tomar 3 veces al día.
Salvia + enebro: En un recipiente con medio litro de agua agregamos dos ramitas de la salvia y una pizca de bayas de enebro y lo dejamos hirviendo 10 minutos a fuego lento. A continuación lo dejamos reposar y lo colamos. Tomar una tacita al día después de comer.
19- Stevia:
Infusión de media cucharita de harina de hojas de Stevia, agregar unas gotas de limón y tomar de 3 tazas al día. / Tomar el cocimiento de stevia, una cucharita en un vaso de agua, 3 veces al día, entrecomidas.
20- Vinagre de manzana:
Tomar una cucharada de vinagre de manzana en un vaso de agua, 3 veces al día, antes de las principales comidas.
