6 recetas de cocina para aliviar la acidez estomacal
A continuación les ofrecemos estas recetas a base de productos naturales:
1. Crema de tomates
- Poner a hervir 2 tazas de pulpa de tomate.
- Más 1 taza de agua.
- Más 2 cucharaditas de manteca vegetal.
- Para espesar la crema, añadir 1 cucharada de harina disuelta en un poco de agua.
- Agregar sal al gusto y un poco de leche. Colar y servir.
2. Jugo de papaya pintona (contiene papaina)
Es un jugo muy conocido. Pelar la papaya pintona (ni verde ni madura) y quitarle las pepas, luego trozarla y licuar con un poco de agua o leche y miel de abeja.
El jugo debe tomarse inmediatamente después de cada comida para tener una buena digestión.
Otro más efectivo es tomar papaína fresca, una cucharada para los adultos, y una cucharadita para los niños (combinar con una cucharada de leche).
La papaína es una enzima que se extrae del fruto verde llamado papaya. Es un poderoso digestivo natural y antiinflamatorio. La papaína se consigue por la extracción del látex, que es un líquido blanco obtenido mediante cortes en los frutos inmaduros o de sus hojas, que debe ser recibido en recipientes de porcelana o madera.
Los niños pueden tomar este látex lechoso y blanco para sus problemas digestivos o de lombrices. La forma de administrarlo consiste en ingerir una cucharadita del látex acompañada de una cucharada de leche, 2 ó 3 veces al día.
Los adultos deben tomar una cucharada de látex lechoso 2 ó 3 veces al día. Si el látex se deja en reposo, formará dos capas, una acuosa y otra carnosa; la papaína se encuentra en la parte acuosa principalmente.
Este látex lechoso se coagula rápidamente al secarse al sol. Luego, en laboratorio, se separa la enzima y se purifica hasta alcanzar un nivel óptimo de calidad para la comercialización y uso. La enzima se usa en estado líquido y tiene una duración mínima de seis meses estando refrigerada.
3. Leche de kion (jengibre)
Beber una taza de leche caliente con una cucharadita de jugo de kion.
4. Licuado de manzana y papas
Haga un licuado con una manzana pequeña y una papa cruda. Tomarlo una vez al día.
5. Papas sancochadas con alverjas cocidas
- Sancochar 2- 4 papas (preferibles las más oscuras) con toda su cáscara en una olla de acero,
- Luego de cocida cortar en trozos y disponerlos en el plato.
- Por separado sancochar las alverjas en otra olla de acero (un cuarto de kilo por plato) y cuando esté a punto (esto demora aproximadamente media hora de cocción), servir sin sal.
Si desea puede comerlo en el desayuno, en el almuerzo y en la cena hasta saciarse. Es una de las comidas más recomendables que muchas personas que conozco han utilizado en problemas de úlcera duodenal por 15 días aproximadamente, 3 veces al día, y sin ninguna contraindicación.
6. Papas sancochadas con trozos de palta (aguacate)
- Sancochar de 2 a 4 papas (preferibles las más oscuras) con toda su cáscara en una olla de acero.
- Luego de estar cocidas cortar en trozos y disponerlos en un plato.
- Como acompañamiento principal y único, está la palta o aguacate en trozos longitudinales, puede utilizarse una palta.
Es otro de los buenos remedios que recomendados, pero con muchas limitaciones para los que tienen problemas hepáticos, ya que la palta es biliosa cuando el hígado está enfermo. Para las personas que no tienen problemas del hígado este sería un buen plato para los problemas de ulceras, gastritis o acidez estomacal.
